Religious School Opening Day: Building Our Jewish Community Together

Our 2026–27 Religious School year is underway, and we jumped right into the question at the heart of this year: What kind of Jewish community do we want to create? Students planted seeds, engaged in lively debate, and tackled real-life dilemmas about kindness, responsibility, justice, honesty, and how we choose to show up for one another. Then we celebrated with sno-cones! Our Opening Day offered a beautiful glimpse of kids discovering that they have a voice in the Jewish community they are helping to build. We can’t wait to see what we create together this year!
