Rabbi Englander on Amplify Israel Rabbinic Fellowship Visit

Rabbi Englander is traveling in Israel with two dozen Reform clergy as part of the Amplify Israel Rabbinic Fellowship. Her group recently met Reut Karp, owner of Cafe Reim in Tel Aviv, whose husband was murdered on October 7th. Reut now dedicates her cafe to the memory of her beloved Dvir and others who have been killed in this horrific war. Rabbi Englander presented Reut with a piece of art on behalf of our Temple, depicting a woman crying out to God even as she dreams of hope, created for this purpose by Deb Kuhr.
