Our congregation has been celebrating this life cycle event for over a century. It is a sacred and central part of both our Temple’s history and its future. We thank our Confirmands for their many years of dedication and learning that have enabled them to reach this meaningful time in their spiritual lives. Here at Temple, our Confirmation class is an opportunity to confirm one’s decision to live life as a Jew.

We hope that participation in the Confirmation class will enable our students to make informed choices about the life they live now and the life they hope to live in the future. It should be a year of inspiration and exploration. We hope that they will always find the space to reveal and discover the beauty of our religion and our heritage. We pray, too, that they will always feel comfortable sharing themselves and their experiences with their classmates, Rabbis and other educators.

We invite you to take a thoughtful walk through our Confirmation Class photo gallery located off the main lobby of the synagogue, near the library. It is a physical symbol of an ongoing dedication to our faith and our community.   We look forward to seeing a picture of this year’s class added to our gallery.

Our Senior Rabbi personally instructs the Confirmation Class each year. Please contact the Temple Office if you have any questions or would like more information about this year’s program.
